Kim is dreaming of a new car. Fulfilling this dream helps her with a down payment to purchase a car. Kim has been working hard and saving up, so this will be the boost she needs to have a reliable vehicle.
Kim spent thirteen years in the foster care system. She said the biggest challenge has been navigating independence and maintaining a healthy life after aging out. Kim is a full time college student and is dreaming of having a career where she can help others.
Kim shared that she is proud of her walk with Jesus. She wishes people knew, “I come off awkward or super shy but it’s just hard for me…once you get to know me, I’m an amazing person with a heart or gold and all good intentions.” In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach with friends or worship nights and young adult events at the church.
