Jessica is dreaming of car repairs. Fulfilling this dream helps her get the repairs she needs to have a safe and reliable car – helping her maintain her employment and education.
Jessica spent six years in the foster care system. The biggest challenge for her is not having any family to turn to in times of need. Today she is working full time and attending college with a major in English.
When asked what makes her unique, she shared, “Somehow, some way, my hardship hasn’t made ME hard. I’m still soft and sensitive and believe in the good in everyone and everything.” Some of her hobbies include photography, singing, and knitting.
