Recently, two dreams were fulfilled through a collaboration between graphic designer/former foster youth, Annika Marek-Barta, and an amazing pottery artist, Hosh Pots! A limited amount of mugs were handmade and sold with all proceeds going towards two dreams – and these mugs sold out in just a few hours!⁣

We received this thank you note from Amber, one of the dreamers who had her dream for apartment necessities fulfilled:⁣

"I just wanted to say thank you so much for this donation to me and my daughter. It means the world to me. It’s been quite a struggle making ends meet and being able to buy things for my house all because I’m unemployed, I’ve been unemployed for so long because I’m trying to give school my main focus.⁣

I’m 21 and I’ve been given an amazing opportunity to graduate high school. Graduating high school has always been one of my dreams.⁣

My daughter, Jordyn, is 3 years old and she doesn’t see her dad much so I’m basically a single mother. I always tell her that there's goodness in the world and there always will be.⁣

This dream is really going to change my life because it helps me realize that I’m not alone. I don’t have to stress or cry each night when there's always someone willing to help you. It feels great to know that I’m not alone in this world."⁣
