Eva is dreaming of textbooks. Fulfilling this dream helps her purchase the textbooks she needs for nursing school.
Eva entered foster care at sixteen years old. She shared, "The first few years after turning 18 were the most challenging…just to keep myself afloat.” Today Eva works full time in the healthcare industry, and also attends University. Her career goal is to be a Labor and Delivery Nurse.
Eva shared, “I think what makes me unique from others is my ability to adapt. Growing up, I was always used to having to make do with what I had and I have carried that into my adult years. Knowing how to make due and to deal with what has been handed to me is a skill that I know sets me apart from others.” Some of her hobbies include reading, photography, and spending time with friends.
