Vanessa’s Dream
Vanessa is dreaming of graduating college. Fulfilling this dream provides her with the computer she needs for her classes and studying.
Vanessa spent almost a year in the foster care system before aging out at eighteen years old. She said it has been a challenge to find a well paying job. Currently she is working for a City College and attending University. She hopes to one day become a counselor in higher education to support current or former foster youth.
