Sarah’s dream for a computer for school was fulfilled, making it possible for her to complete homework at home and in a timely manner to get closer to obtaining her Bachelor’s degree!

Sarah spent 6 years in the foster care system before aging out. She has overcome many obstacles in order to achieve her educational goals and has taken herself to school, encouraged herself to do homework, and found creative ways to survive. She did all these things while being alone, with no light in the house, and no gas to turn on the stove. Despite these challengers, she graduated from middle school and high school with honors!

She shares, “My dream being fulfilled made my life much easier and made me feel important and recognized. Your donation is pivotal in the success of former foster youth because it replaces the support that we lack from family members.”
