Angel

Angel entered the foster care system as a baby, where she tragically remained until she aged out. She was thrown out into the world with nothing.

Angel is blind in one eye and can only see shapes with the other eye. She has an eye condition called Retinopathy of Prematurity, which is responsible for her gradual loss of eyesight. Her hope is to continue to do artwork and make cards and pictures for others, for as long as her eyesight holds up.

Her beautiful cards are sold on the Market 18 website and are a true fan favorite. They tell of her courage, talent, and unending spirit to thrive in spite of it all.

Angel’s dream was fulfilled, providing her with a new iPad to use to continue to bring to life the wonderful creations she has inside of her and to share her gift of art with the world. Having an updated iPad allows her to meticulously zoom in to add the details as each piece of art is created.
