Madison’s Dream
Madison dreams of a t-shirt press. Fulfilling this dream provides her with a t-shirt press and accessories to create and sell her t-shirt designs.
During her five years in the foster care system Madison went through a lot of traumatic things and it has been hard to work through them as a young adult. She has attended lots of classes and sought out advice to get to where she is today. She currently has a paid internship with Americorps and is attending a Technical College. Madison is also volunteering her time as a peer mentor for youth that live in the same group home she did. She is excited for the opportunity to make her t-shirt designs to help make ends meet.
Madison hopes to one day be a Social Worker and says, “I hope that I can make real change within the child welfare system and be a voice for so many that can’t be heard.” Some of her hobbies include baking, hiking and yoga.
